It Takes Courage...

To live. To live the life you've always imagined. To make a change, tell your truth, take a stand, picture new possibilities for your life. It takes courage to follow your heart and live authentically.

"We've seen women relating, sharing, collaborating, seeking solutions, giving, envisioning, lifting up, intuiting, encouraging, looking out, looking inward, and listening deeply. We've known in our hearts that the feminine face of courage, while different from the prevailing, more masculine one, is amazing and valuable."

--The Courage Code

Every day you act courageously, in large and small ways.

Every day you need to find more courage...for taking care of your family, or for being effective at work, or in just going through your day.

It's not always easy remembering how courageous we are. And it's certainly not always easy finding our courage for living our lives the way we want and need to.

Courage Project's Vision

Courage Project is the place to come to for resources and services that support you in finding your courage. Courage at work and home...courage to be and do what you dream of.

We have a big vision... changing how w the world values the courage it takes to live authentically.

We want everyone - women and men - around the world to appreciate the kind of courage that comes from the heart and spirit. Because it's the kind of courage that builds bridges between people. It's the type of courage that taps into the humanness and wisdom of all of us.

Why Her Driving Passion for Courage?

After working for many years as a manager, consultant, workshop leader, and coach she came to see how hard it is for people to live in create lives of their own choosing and live in accordance with their deepest values. She saw how difficult it was for them to believe in themselves.

While writing her book, The Courage Code, she heard over and over again from women she was interviewing how rarely they honor their courage. All too often, we, as women, are comparing ourselves to other people or to media messages telling us we're not quite enough - not smart enough, beautiful enough, not courageous enough. As a result, we de-value who we are and what we have to offer the world.

Megan started Courage Project with the commitment to support every person in creating the life they've always imagined. Her dream is to inspire all women and men to love and accept themselves so they are free to love and accept others in the world. Her goal is to help people live in alignment with their values.

Her mission is to teach people how to find their courage for being and doing what they dream of!
