Group coaching is provided by phone by master coaches. Megan is a certified Compass coach and offers group coaching through Compass.

Compass offers you a very affordable way to be coached by a master coach, while also benefitting from being with a group of other women committed to personal growth..

2. Health and Wellness Coaching

In essence, health and wellness Coaching is to your life and health what a personal trainer is to your physical fitness.

The primary focus of health and wellness coaching is to support you in making positive life style changes that will enhance your health.

Megan's role as your Live Well! Health and Wellness coach is to work with you to develop achievable health goals, create a plan, and support you through structure, strategies and tools, accountability, and encouragement.

Megan's role as your Courage Coach is to work with you in first creating a vision your ideal life in all areas - work/career, relationships, finances, personal renewal, physical well-being, recreation, and spiritual vitality. Once you have a clear idea of what you're aiming for, together you develop a plan for achieving your goals. Through Courage Coaching you get new insights, ways of thinking that support your actions, tools and strategies, accountability, and encouragement.
